Useful Information
Rooms are available to check-in from 3:00pm, check-out is 11:00am. Should you wish to arrive early, we will gladly store your luggage and our car park will be available to you. A 12pm checkout can be arranged for an additional £25 based on availability.

Free on-site parking is available for all resident and non-resident guests. A number of bedrooms / suites enjoy dedicated parking spaces; please check-in at reception before unloading your bags etc.

We love dogs at Holbeck Ghyll and completely understand that they’re members of the family too! So we’re proud to be one of the few luxury Lake District hotels that welcome your well-behaved pets in a limited number of our rooms.
Our Lake View Suite with Hot Tub and Lake View Junior Suite Rooms are dog friendly (please note the Fell View Junior Suites are not dog friendly).
There is a £25 charge per dog per stay which will be added to your booking rate. To make your dog feel just at home we will provide you with a dog bed and dog bowls; additional charges will be applicable if damage occurs to the room.
Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the indoor lounge and restaurant areas of the hotel. We do offer dog friendly dining by our inglenook fireplace and in the bar area at quiet times.
