Rooms are available to check-in from 3:00pm, check-out is 11:00am. Should you wish to arrive early, we will gladly store your luggage and our car park will be available to you. A 12pm checkout can be arranged for an additional £25 based on availability.
Free on-site parking is available for all resident and non-resident guests. A number of bedrooms / suites enjoy dedicated parking spaces; please check-in at reception before unloading your bags etc.
Car charging points are available at; Booths Supermarket (2.6mi), Brockhole Visitor Center (1.1mi), Low Fold Car Park in Ambleside (2mi)

While we cannot accommodate dogs within the main Holbeck Ghyll country house, our sister brand located right here on the same estate offers the perfect alternative.
Holbeck Gardens provides dog-friendly serviced accommodation featuring outdoor spaces and flexible, room-only comfort. If you are travelling with your four-legged companion, we highly recommend exploring availability at Holbeck Gardens so you can still experience the beauty of the estate together.
 A laundry / dry cleaning service is available to resident guests. Please note that our supplier does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
