With exclusive hire of the estate, the entire property is yours to enjoy—your time here is entirely your own. We simply ask that it’s treated with care and left just as beautifully as you found it.

Private hire allows us to utilise every space of the venue – you won’t see us “turning” spaces or have to wait for set-ups as everything is prepared in advance. Have you attended weddings where it has felt you spend your time waiting for the venue, or perhaps have felt “in the way” whilst furniture is moved arround you? That doesn’t happen here.

At Holbeck Ghyll, we’ve simplified our offering to provide one package designed to make your planning effortless. Our exclusive-use package includes private hire of the venue, on-site accommodation, and our signature food and drink — everything you need for a truly memorable celebration.

The total number of guests included in our “base” price does vary based on the season (more information is available on our price guide), however in-short our package includes*:

3 Canapes per person

Open Days...

During our open days, our rooms are specially set up to demonstrate how the spaces can be used for your ceremony and/or evening celebrations. There is no-need to book an appoitnement when visiting during our open days.

You’re always welcome to visit the venue on any date, our open days provide a more detailed insight into how the venue can be styled and prepared for your wedding day.
