The spa is open between 10.00am to 6.00pm. The last treatment time that can be booked is 4.30pm.
Hotel residents have complimentary use of the sauna and steam room on a first come basis, the outdoor hot tub needs to be booked for 30 minute slots for private party use of a maximum of six. Should you require access to the sauna, and steam room before 10.00am please let reception know and they will arrange for them to be put on for you, they only take 30 minutes to heat up.
Scheduling an appointment
To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our spa team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend you to book in advance. All spa treatments and programmes will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a spa consultation form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive up to 10minutes in advanceof your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. The spa will provide towels, robes and slippers required for use during your spa visit.
Facilities & Access
The following spa facilities are available free to hotel guests; sauna, steam room, outside Hot Tub overlooking Lake Windermere and the Langdale hills, changing rooms and relaxation areas.
Non-hotel members booking spa treatments will be charged £15 for use the spa facilities. Otherwise you can pay £20 and enjoy the spa facilities.
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, pager, camera, alcohol and smoke-free zone.
Access to the spa including the changing facilities, spa and heat experiences are restricted to over 16’s. We are delighted to welcome children over the age of 8 accompanied by an adult.
If you are running late for your appointment you will have your treatment time reduced. However, if you are able to call ahead we may be able to reschedule your appointment.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

To continue your spa experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available to purchase.
The Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises.
All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for 1 month, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, undergarments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only.
All prices are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
