Tasting Menu

The tasting menu is 8-courses and celebrates the best of what Holbeck Ghyll has to offer. Perfect for first-time foodies or the most developed of palets, this experience is the perfect option for special occasions or ultimate luxury.

Monday – Sunday: 6.30pm – 8.30pm*

Other Notes:

  • An accompanying wine flight (drink per course) is available for an additional £70 per person
  • This menu is not available after May 7th
  • The dress code for evening meals is smart-casual (no sportswear, ripped jeans etc)
  • We recommend allowing at-least 2 hours for dinner when joining us for the tasting menu.
  • If any member of your group suffer from specific dieatary restrictions, please contact the hotel in advance so we may ensure our menus will be suitable for your visit (vegan tasting menus are not available).
  • Please note that our restaurant operates a minimum age of 8 years old for evening meals served in the fine dining restaurants
  • Although we have a small number of bedrooms that are dog friendly, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant
