Culinary Excellence 2018
Holbeck Ghyll is proud to have been awarded three rosettes for culinary excellence in the 2018 AA guide.
Following the recent introduction of our new head chef (Jake Jones) in January earlier this year, this award recognises the hard work of the entire team as the restaurant continues to develop exquisite dining experiences for guests.
When learning of the news at the awards ceremony hosted at Grosvenor house park lane London, Jake Jones commented “I have been overwhelmed with the support of the entire team and this award is recognition of what we are trying to achieve. We have an amazing foundation and we are all excited to start building further from here”
The award comes shortly after a major refurbishment in the kitchen with new equipment throughout and the introduction of chefs table. The restaurant is now months away from receiving a substantial expansion which will offer spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows to supplement the award winning food and service.
