Scottish Tom gets a boost!

We are delighted to announce that Tom Henderson, (many of you will know him as 'Scottish Tom) has been promoted to being Restaurant Manager.  Tom has worked with us, in the restaurant, for two years so is well placed to take over running such an important part of the business.

Tom hails from Perthshire, one of the most stunning parts of Scotland.  Before joining Holbeck Ghyll he spent time travelling the world before getting the hospitality bug when working at Killiecrankie House, (which was recently voted Small Scottish Hotel of the Year).

He, Phil, Matt and Balazs all look forward to welcoming you back to their dining room!

You may ask why the position became free - Tom Cross, who ran the Restaurant for three years, has left to open up a farm shop in Grasmere.  Called 'Summat Cumbrian', Tom stocks loads of local products and a visit to his shop is well worth it!
