Afternoon tea at Holbeck Ghyll
Afternoon tea is such an elegant English tradition and with a mouth-watering array of delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked fruit cakes and sumptuous scones with preserves and clotted cream it’s an occasion we take very seriously at Holbeck Ghyll.
We rely on the famous Kendal-based merchants J Farrer & Co to provide lashings of the finest teas and coffees and on those occasions when you deserve a little extra sparkle, we also serve a glass of Louis Roederer Champagne.
Priced at £18.00, Afternoon Tea can be taken in one of our Arts & Crafts lounges, by the inglenook fireplace and a roaring fire, or out on the terrace, with its delightful views of Windermere and the Lake District fells.
