Be inspired when joining our legends for lunch...

If modern British adventure has a face, it looks a lot like Leo Houlding. As one of Britain's top climbers, he is a veteran of a score of epic ascents which include Everest. Leo is hosting an exclusive, ticket only lunch at the Holbeck Ghyll on October 26th 2013 to raise money for local mountain rescues.

Very recently returned from an awe inspiring Antarctic journey, Leo's team was the first to climb a huge, dramatic and technically demanding mountain named Ulvetanna (Norwegian for 'Wolfs Tooth') in the harshest of conditions. We are offering you the opportunity to be one of the first to witness Leo's enthralling adventure.

Holbeck Ghyll is highly rated by the restaurant guides, even retaining its Michelin star for 13 consecutive years. Recently feted in Rob Brydon and Steve Coogans off the wall comedy ‘The Trip’, this is your chance to experience great food, good wines and thrilling company.

The lunch starts at 12.30pm with a champagne reception and canapés, followed by a sumptuous three course, Michelin starred meal with coffee plus the unique and thrilling, blow-by-blow presentation of Leo’s latest Antarctic trek.  For a taster of what is to come, log onto Leo's website, www.leohoulding.com and look at the Ulvetanna pre-view!

The standard ticket costs from £65 per person.  VIP Packages are also available.

Places are limited to 40 so early booking is advisable. To book your place please contact Holbeck Ghyll on 01539 432375 and quote ‘Lunch with legends’.
