Our Rewards Scheme for our conference bookers.

 

We appreciate our regular conference bookers and operate a loyalty scheme to thank you for your business.  These rewards are beautifully presented Holbeck Ghyll vouchers.  They can be used by the booker or passed on to team members as an incentive to them, all we ask is that you inform us of the name change.

Our Conference Loyalty Scheme:

If you book 10 rooms or £2,000 (ex VAT) of 24hr delegate rates, we send you a voucher for dinner for two with wine.

Book 20 rooms or £4,000 (ex VAT) of 24hr delegate rates, you are treated to a voucher for an midweek overnight B&B stay.

Should you be able to book 30 rooms or £6,000 (ex VAT) of 24hr delegate rates, your reward is a midweek overnight stay with dinner for two in our Michelin Starred restaurant.

 (Rooms booked must be Monday – Thursday. Accommodation must be booked on £225 24 hr delegate rate. Qualifying totals will include only the 24 hr rate, other charges will not count towards the totals. Vouchers must be used within 6 months and are not transferable between companies.)
