Each morning, your team will head out with their relevant expert for a day that will test their team working skills to the limit. They experience challenging yacht sailing on Lake Windermere, exhilarating climbing or abseiling on spectacular crags, hill walking around the beautiful English Lake District and the rugged challenge of 4x4 Landrover off road driving.  As would be expected, after your team giving their all, a spectacular award winning menu with award winning service, accompanied with fine wines, ports and brandies awaits them.  A luxurious comfy, relaxing bed follows to ensure a fulfilling nights rest before tackling the next day’s challenge.

During your stay, The Boardroom is always ready at your disposal, there to be used to plan, brainstrom and de-brief after a triumphant day.  Located within the hotel grounds, the Boardroom is a fully equipped meeting room with complimentary WIFI, unlimited teas, coffees and soft drinks and snacks.  Your facilitator can accompany your team out into the field or remain at base, ready to co-ordinate the activities on your return.

Leo Holding is one of Britain's top climbers and among the best in the world. He is a veteran of a score of epic ascents including Everest but specializes in free climbing the most technical peaks and biggest walls in the world. An articulate communicator he has captivated and inspired audiences around the world with his tales of adrenalin fuelled exploits.

Mark Eddy.

Mark has trekked the mountains of England, Wales & Scotland for over 20 years. He is passionate about the mountain environment, and makes every effort to share his mountain skills.  Mark has a BSc in Geography with particular interests in Geology & Glaciation, and holds the UK Mountain Leader and Single Pitch Climbing Awards.

Neil Crowther.

Neil is the Managing Director of OB Sailing, the premier Big Boat sailing school on Windermere. With ten years experience of organising the very best sailing events in spectacular scenery using his fleet of 8 Beneteau Oceanis cruising yachts, Neil has unrivalled experience on the successful delivery of demanding challenges.

Nick Fieldhouse

One day it was just one man, Nick, driven by a determination to deliver the ultimate in 4x4 off road driving adventure against a truly epic lake and mountain backdrop. That driving ambition is the underpinning of Kankku; Nick and Kate passionately deliver a massively powerful off road team experience, completely naturally, as you take the wheel and journey off road through the Lake District National Park.


Terms and Conditions.

The programme is designed over a four day period but can be shortened and amended to suit your team requirements.  The daily rate of £450* per person includes Dinner with selected wines, luxury accommodation in a Lake View Room, full breakfast, packed lunch, conference facilities with unlimited wifi, teas, coffees and snacks, tutored activity, (your choice of off road driving, yacht handling, climbing, ghyll scrambling, trekking or abseiling) for upto 6 hours and meeting facilitation.

*This rate is based on the maximum number of six participants on the Programme. Due to the nature of the activities the maximum number of participants is six.
