Holbeck Ghyll is available to hire exclusively for business meetings, coreporate events and board meetings, for 51 delegates, while our beautiful new boardroom can cater for 20-30 guests.

24 hour delegate rates are £250 pp (incl VAT) and include:

  • Unlimited use of the boardroom and its facilities
  • Michelin star dinner
  • Luxury overnight accommodation
  • Working lunch served in the boardroom or terrace restaurant
  • Unlimited tea and coffee with home-made biscuits and pastries served in the morning and afternoon
  • Full country house English breakfast

Day delegate rates are £75 pp (incl VAT) and include:

  • Use of the boardroom and its facilities from 8am until 6pm
  • Working lunch or 2 course lunch with coffee in the oak panelled restaurant
  • Unlimited tea and coffee with home-made biscuits and pastries served in the morning and afternoon

However, it is not all work - leave some time to play!  We have put together a couple of ideas to break the ice or help gel the team.  Once the meeting has finished enjoy a dasterdly game of croquet on the front lawn - we provide Pimms, straw boaters and a trophy or a treasure hunt around the house and grounds with maps, clues and prizes. 

After dinner we can arrange many types of entertainment - ranging from parlour games, caricaturist and magicians to cocktail making, casino nights and giant Scaletrix - challenge us to get something different!

As the perfect meeting venue in the English Lakes, Holbeck Ghyll is a unique destination, ideal for Executive Retreats, Corporate Strategy Sessions as well as rewarding hard working and high achieving teams. 

Our conference venue, near Windermere, in the most picturesque part of North West England, is less than two hours drive from central Manchester and only two hours 30 minutes by train from central London. 

We offer a choice of private event space for 2 to 50 guests, all backed up by a level of service, flexibility and attention to detail which makes Holbeck Ghyll one of the most sought after venues in the North West.
