Fabulous Breakfasts at Holbeck

It’s not only lunch and dinner that provide cause for celebration at Holbeck Ghyll - we lay on a rather fabulous spread at breakfast too.

As well as freshly baked breads and pastries, fresh fruits, cereals and slow-cooked porridge with lashings of cream and honey, our carefully-sourced breakfast menu includes traditional Cumberland sausage, local oak-smoked dry cured back bacon, smoked haddock and kippers, Cumbrian air-dried ham and local free-range eggs cooked however which way you like.

We encourage our guests to linger with steaming pots of Farrer’s coffee or tea as they pour over the morning’s paper or plan the day ahead.

On special occasions, guests are invited to indulge with a glass of Champagne or Bucks Fizz too. It is your holiday after all.
