Midweek rates apply between Sunday & Thursday. The rates below reflect a 20% discount off our usual rates.

All rates are per room per night, based on two people sharing. Some of the cottages have more than one room and may have minimum occupancy rates. VAT is included at 20%. Single occupancy rooms are available - please call us to discuss the tariff.

Our Bed and Breakfast rates include luxury en-suite accommodation and a sumptuous breakfast buffet and an extensive a la carte breakfast menu, featuring Eggs Benedict, American Style pancakes, omelettes and, of course, the traditional full Cumbrian Breakfast.
